Final revision...

After uploading all files to the ePortfolio site, I tried to browse through all of them and see whether they are easily navigated and well-presented. I ended up deleting all files and modifying quite a few content from all of them, including the font size, and redundant links, etc.

Few days ago, I decided to use HTML format for these descriptive files. They do look much better presented than MS Word format. However, this is a bit of learning curve for me as I haven't touched HTML page designing and coding for very long time. I had ever done some web designing using MS Frontpage application before, but I forgot most of them after all these years. Thanks again to Jess for suggesting CoffeeCup HTML Editor program! This program's interface is very user-friendly and it provides some templates with existing stylesheet formatting. I just picked one of them and inserted my own content in it. In order to make it easier navigated and presented, I also learned how to insert hyperlinks to either link back to ePortfolio site or link to my Flickr page. For anyone who is newbie to HTML, highly recommend to use this program.
