However, in the quiter time in January, I'm pleased to say the Pilot testing has been successful. At the same time, out of the 5 pilot testers we only got 3 feedback forms back. Oh well, 3 out of 5 is not too bad, it's still the majority.

I think the evaluation sheet threw some of the testers simply because of the length of it, it's 11 pages long. Maybe next time we do a short one or two pager that doesn't take much time to complete! We could also do it using Survey Monkey and this way we can collate all the data and get better outcomes.

And I also think that the team has done an excellent job with this task. Although at first we were a tad confused about what to do, there was a natural progression with the regular meetings and discussions with both groups in NSW and Vic.

I’m looking forward to the workshop next week so that we can consolidate what we’ve learnt so far along the way. I've actually found it quite an experience with the Sustainers and our wiki. Initially I thought it a less complex task as what it's turned out to be. I know there's plenty of organisational support for e-Learning, and there's the IT infrastructure to support it accordingly but now I'll have to investigate whether there's management support. I especially found it useful to not only access the various links and sites but to see what the others had written, such as Canan, Mark and Karla. It's great to practise what you preach and to see the theory come alive... Mmm, I'm sounding a tad cliche here but it's still very true.
