Wow, I just have finished my e-portfolio! I have changed my artifacts little bit, so it has different shape from what I planned before in assignment 1. Through this work, I found that this e-portfolio is very useful and valuable because it allowed seeing and analyzing myself from my past. I spent my effort a lot on making my e-portfolio and currently I am able to handle how to use Mac, PowerPoint, edit word document and how to make my own blog effectively.

I am almost at the end of the first year, and I could get a lot of benefits from this course, BA in Organisational Learning. Each subject was linked to Human Resource Industry, however they have all different aspects, as well as knowledge, which can be used in Human Resource Industry. Managing People and Organisation allowed me to discover how manage the people and organisation in companies and knowledge about bureaucracy throughout my individual essay. Human Resource Development made me to understand how to train employees effectively and efficiently with a variety of methods.

Language, culture and communication has taught me that the way of critic the issue and there are different aspect, culture and communication existing in any issue.

Adult Learning and Work let me realize that how learning operations of adult are different from children and how train them successfully.

It is true that my first year of university was difficult because everything was fresh, which never have been experienced such as university style¡¯s essay, report, group work and exam. Also I was struggling with my English, however with support from my friends and lecturers of university allowed me to overcome these problems. (Thank you!!)

I am going to go the military service in Korea (South) on this December, for two years, therefore I cannot participate to study in University next year (It is so sad but joining military service for two years is compulsory to every Korean men in Korea). However, I will come back since finished my military service, and I am sure that this e-portfolio will be still useful for my professional life in that time.

I have already blog, which is Korean blog cite ¡®Cyworld¡¯. However, it is just for communicating with my friends and uploading my pictures and friends¡¯ pictures. E-Portfolio, on the other hand, making of this made me to express myself, my experience for reflecting myself. That is the reason that it was very helpful for myself, e-portfolio let me know what can I do for my development.

I realized today that my folders are all 'Private'.
I tried to change my folders to 'Public' but I couldn't find how to do it.
Hmm..Hmm...so...... there was only one way to solve this problem.... "Delete all of my folders and create again". T_T

I have enjoyed writing about my country, South Korea, the capital city (also my hometown) Seoul, Korean language(Hangeul) and Korean foods (Bulgogi and Kimchi) today.
This work allowed me to see my identity as a Korean again, moreover made me to recall my childhood and teenager period in Korea for almost an hour. Haha.. NOSTALGIA in Monday night!

Today, I uploaded two files which are reviews of my favourite Korean films.
This was incredible work for me because it was helping me to reflect myself that how these films affected me and changed my thoughts.

During this work, I was still little bit confused with this e-portfolio, but at the same time, I felt I am getting to have more responsibility to my e-portfolio.

I am expecting that I can upload my own pictures for my other artifacts later like my schoo life, life in Korea and backpacking travel to Japan and Tasmania.

I can realise that this making of e-portfolio is the making the review of my life, just like review of films.

I'm currently create my own e-portfolio today and I'm sure this will be very useful for my future because it will describe myself to others in effective way.


I am going to join the military service in this December for two
years (because it is compulsary in Korea!), however I hope this e-portfolio can be the one that my classmates can remember me and know how's I'm going in the military service in Korea.
